Account Management

To create an account, visit our homepage and click on the "Sign Up" button. Follow the prompts to enter your information, including your name, email, and date of birth. Once your account is created, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Click on the "Login" button at the top of the page and enter your registered email and password. If you have trouble logging in, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it.

Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password via email. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the password reset link.

Log in and go to "Account Settings." Here, you can update your contact information, insurance details, and any other relevant data. Make sure to save any changes before exiting. 

 

For security reasons, each patient should have their own account. However, you can authorize a caregiver to access your account with your consent. Visit the "Account Settings" section to manage user permissions.

Appointments

Log into your account and go to the "Appointments" section. Choose the type of appointment you need and select a date and time that works for you. Confirm your details and submit the request. You'll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is booked. 

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment by going to the “Appointments” section in your account. Select the appointment you want to modify and choose the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” option. Please make sure to do this at least 24 hours in advance.

To schedule a telehealth appointment, go to the “Appointments” section and choose “Telehealth” as the appointment type. Follow the prompts to select a time and date, and ensure you have a stable internet connection on the day of your appointment.

 

Communication

To contact your doctor, log in and navigate to the “Messages” section. Select your doctor’s name and start a secure conversation. Your doctor will respond as soon as possible during their office hours.

 

Medical Records

Yes, you can view your medical records through the “Medical Records” section of the portal. This includes lab results, prescription history, and past visit notes. Ensure that you are logged in securely to access this information.

 

Yes, you can download your medical records by going to the “Medical Records” section and selecting the document you need. Click the “Download” button to save it as a PDF.

 

Prescriptions

Navigate to the “Prescriptions” section in your account and select the medication you need refilled. Submit your request, and your doctor will review it and approve or provide further instructions as needed.

 

Billing and Insurance

You can access billing information through the “Billing” section in your account. This includes statements, payment history, and options for paying your bills online.

 

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment services. Go to the “Billing” section for more details and to make a payment.

 

Log in and navigate to the “Account Settings” section. Select “Insurance Information” and update your policy details. Make sure to submit your changes for verification.
